How my eyes long to read your Word;
how my ears long to hear your voice;
how my month longs to declare your goodness.

How I yearn to praise you,
O my Lord;
how I yearn to worship you with all my body.
How I yearn to lift up my hands to you;
how I yearn to bow on my knees before you;
how I yearn to dance on my feet for you.

How I want to love you,
O my dear Lord,
how I want to ponder your name on my mind;
how I want to offer thanksgiving to you with all my heart;
how I want to tell of your story to those who are lost.

O Lord Jesus,
how I hunger for your love;

how I thirst I for your mercy;
how I desire to glorify you,
all the days of my life,

here and beyond,
