The Good Shepherd and His Sheep

A dream that one day
all tribes and tongues
will come together
as one.

I have a dream...
A dream that one day
there will be
no more hatred but
love,
no more sorrow but
joy,
no more tears but
laughter,
no more suffering but
peace.

I have a dream...
A dream that one day
the blind see,
the lame walk,
the sick regain health,
the captives set free,
the dead restore life!

I have a dream...
A dream that one day
all will
partake
the Bread of Life,
drink from
the Fountain of Life,
be filled with
the Spirit of Life,
be driven by
the Purpose of Life,
and truly know
The Author of Life.

I have a dream...
A dream that one day
the Glorious Face of our Lord
be revealed to every person,
and the joyous voices of all peoples
be heard in every place.

I have a dream...
A dream that one day
every knee will bow
every tongue will confess
Jesus Christ is Lord!
